    This advice was laughable. Anyone who has experienced opiate withdrawals knows that the fatigue and discomfort is too intense to do these things. My advice is to see a doctor about it. Depending upon the substance from which you are withdrawing, the symptoms can last for months at a time, and the desperation for some relief can weaken your resolve.
